Third in my contribution to the 100 word challenge... a bit slow. Yes.
I was on my trip back from LOVE camp in Haliburton, Ontario. I looked out the window and went nuts. Holy, cow. Man, it was like an operation impossible mission or something. I didn't have the window seat and had to make sure the guy who did [who was also sleeping] didn't notice I was draped all over his lap...
Holy shit. That is awesome. OVER NINE FUCKING THOUSAND!
Seriously, though, great capture. That's trully impressive. I love the slight grain this had, and the colours are just beautiful. One of the best photographs you have, for sure.
Over nine fucking thousand... feet?
Thanks! I'm very pleased with it. I took a lot of photos, but none of them came out as good as this one did. I took it just to make it look like I was actually in outer space. I wish there were more towers of clouds, and maybe the moon too... that would've been nice.
Thanks again! This should be featured, eh? This picture is inspired by ~pm-grafix!

No, no shuttling. None at all. ;D
And yes, this was through a window. Since it wasn't just a simple point and shoot and had no flash, I was able to make it un-noticeable that it was through a window... Just make sure you're at a good angle, and it's brighter outside than it is inside, and you're good to go.
Photoshop CS2 helps too.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

I love how it's pitch black at the top and it turns that royal blue colour that I love so much. I don't know what else to say, but this is gorgeous.

I generally don't like cloud pictures, but this one is really well done.....
